It was perfect for our needs!

The proximity to all of the local sites was great. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our host was amazing and the staff were so helpful whenever we had a question.

Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

We booked the flat for 2 nights for 4 adults and 2 children. The flat was in a great condition and it had everything we needed (as advertised). The location is great - walking distance to many of the most popular sights, but also close to bus stops and the metro. The host Michele was responsive and very helpful. The only things you might want to consider before booking are that it is on the third floor with no lift and that the shower head is stationary and the shower cabin is relatively small. These are not an issue for most people but I thought it was worth mentioning.

We had a fantastic stay, the place was very comfortable for a family of 5 😊

The location was amazing! So central and very quiet (apart from some building work outside). Staff came immediately when we informed them that the shower was blocked and it was fixed straight away, also they were super helpful for our late check in.

we had a great time in Rome

the location and the neighborhood were superb, several good restaurants around, the Colosseum only 5min away and another 10-15min to most other historic places of Rome, the house was comfortable and well kept. It had everything necessary, linens, etc.

3 floors staircase was not easy going up after a day walking in Rome. Also it had one bathroom which was little small and when you are with 3 kids it is not easy.

Lucy Dream Home is absolutely excellent

Apartment is very close to Colosseum and other sightseeing. It’s very clean and has one king size bed and two different beds in separate room. There’s also a big living room. Claudia is owner and a very nice woman. Thank you very much!!! We have to check out at 10 and she allows us to be till 20:00 for free!

Exceptional

Very good located. 5 minutes from Coliseum and Roman Forum. Walking distance to most of touristic attractions. Comfortable. Quiet. Reasonable price. The last, but not the least: a take away pasta shop is just next door. All in all, a significant part of the success of our visit to Rome is due to Lucy Dream Home. If we have a possibility, we will be back.

No elevator, but it is to be expected in an old building. The lock in the bathroom is a bit tricky, so you need to get used to it.

Lokalizacja była blisko głównych atrakcji Rzymu tj. Koloseum i Forum Romanum. W pobliżu kilka sklepów spożywczych i restauracja w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie. Ocena podwyższona o +1 z powodu wcześniejszego odbioru kluczy o 2h30m.

Brak pełnego zestawu prysznicowego - wyłącznie deszczownica. Kabina prysznicowa klaustrofobicznie mała. Słabo działa spłuczka w toalecie, bardzo powoli się napełnia oraz hałasuje w trakcie napełniania. Ściany mieszkania bez jakiegokolwiek wygłuszenia / tłumienia hałasu, dźwięk napełniania spłuczki w łazience rozchodzi się po całym lokum. Część mebli znacznie poniszczona - drzwi od szuflady wypadają z kołków, drzwi od pomieszczeń skrzypiące, zamek od drzwi w łazience zacinający się. Pralka niesprawna bez wcześniejszej informacji przed przyjazdem - informacja otrzymana w momencie odbierania kluczy. Zacinający się także zamek w drzwiach do samego mieszkania. W łazience na suficie nad kabiną prysznicową znajduje się czarna pleśń. Zdjęcia obiektu jak z Photoshopa, nie oddają faktycznego wyglądu mieszkania. W rzeczywistości niestety wygląda niekorzystniej.

3ος όροφος χωρίς ασανσέρ. Εξωτερικά το κτίριο είναι πολύ παλιό και δεν ανακαινιστηκε καθόλου. Το ντους ήταν κίτρινο και φαινόταν λερωμένο. Δεν είχε σύρμα το ντους για να κατευθυνεις το νερό εκεί που θέλεις και ήταν πολύ στενός ο χώρος για να μετακινήσε εσύ. Πολύ νωρίς check out στις 10:00π.μ. .Ούτε λεπτό παραπάνω.

En el baño, la ducha no evacuaba bien el agua se juntaba en la base. La zona del wc, era incómodo por un pedazo de muro que obligaba a instalarse de lado. El resto todo muy bien

A todos nos encantó el alojamiento, tiene todas las comodidades y la ubicación es muy buena, queda muy cerca al Coliseo y el barrio es tranquilo, tienes cerca restaurantes, supermercados y también puedes caminar a los diferentes monumentos
