While a minor detail in the overall picture, the shower temperature was a little hard to set, sometimes it would fluctuate over time even if I left the faucet fixed in one position, probably due to other guests also running their hot water at the same time. This was not a major detraction from the room's quality.

1000% would recommend. Waking up next to colosseum is surreal.

One of the greatest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Clean and it has as much space as you need. We stayed there for 5 nights and it was lovely. The neighbourhood is so beautiful and next to Colosseum and the centre of Rome, we didn’t even use a bus or metro to get anywhere. 1000% will revisit and recommend to friends.

Great location and comfortable room. The owner communicated promptly and clearly. Bed was comfortable and the space had everything we needed for our few nights stay in Rome. We did not use kitchen facilities.

Location is perfect. Close to most of the attractions in Rome and there are good restaurants in close proximity. checkin and checkout was smooth and hassle free. We really loved the simple and minimalist theme of the house.

Nothing much, adding bread toaster would helpful for families want to have quick breakfast before starting the day early.

Good location. Close to many of the attractions. We are older, so we took taxis at around 17-22 Euros per trip. The bus and metro are also a .2 miles walk, for better prices. Nicely appointed kitchen for our needs. Outdoor dining options, and grocery shop close by. Clean, and comfy beds. A good value. The host was very quick to answer any questions.

We are both over 6 feet tall. The bathroom was a bit small for us. There were stairs, but we knew that going in, and it was still worth it to us. Would not be good for mobility issues.

I booked overnight in Rome, just came back from Florence and our schedule was hectic by the time I want to take a shower there’s no hot water or warm water at all and it was freezing cold, so I left Rome without taking a shower and flew to Paris.

Location is in the very heart of the colosseum, walking distance to so many historical places as well. Clean and cosy.

Isolation of the room wasn't the best. We could hear every step of the above floor during the night. It's like someone else is with you in the room.

Perfect location, unique character

Very helpful host, check-in and check-out went smoothly. Great location! The Colosseum just 5-10 minutes, all the main sites within 10-30 minutes walking. There is a small market just a few steps away and we found the perfect breakfast place within 5 minutes walking. The beds were comfortable.

The furnishing is a bit dated but still ok. The aparment is not too big for 4 persons but served us well with kids of 9 and 11.

It is Roma!

The host sent VERY detailed instructions with pictures that made getting into the apartment super easy. The apartment was compact and efficient with every thing that was needed. The location was great, step out the door and Roman ruins are right there! Metro is easy to get to but you can walk to most everything you need.

It did not reduce how nice the place was, but know that you will hear street and bar noise but it ends about 23 or 24:00. We enjoyed the sounds!

We had a delightful experience, and loved the location near the Colosseum and Roman Forum. We enjoyed the charm of the narrow streets, nearby restaurants and small grocers. The apartment itself was simple, but more than adequate. The AC worked well, the bed comfortable, the small kitchen much appreciated. Great overall value.

The furnishings feel a bit dated, but not uncomfortably so.

Comfortable & easy with lots of buzzing places only a short walk away.

The location was amazing. It was a comfortably large sized apartment. The kitchen seemed clean and useable and the fridge made our drinks ice cold, which was very refreshing during summer.

Hearing footsteps of the people above late at night. The footsteps also caused dust and bits of paint to fall from the roof onto the couch area but wasn’t too bad. The bathroom could be upgraded to have a fan in it for ventilation as it got really hot during and after the showers. There was a strange chemical smell that we figured out was the toilet spray, would be better with a nicer smelling spray.

It was cozy , spotless and had everything we needed. Great location, with amazing bars and restaurants nearby. Loved it 🥰

We found no fault with the apartment itself, the entrance hall is a bit grubby but nothing a lick of paint wouldn’t solve. There are a lot of renovations going on , on the street so the noise was loud from early in the morning. But obviously that is not the fault of the property, just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again.
