The apartment is located in the heart of Rione Monti, the oldest and most authentic district of the city. Here you can experience the true Roman spirit—among picturesque alleyways, artisan workshops, restaurants, taverns, bars, art galleries, and vintage and antique shops. It’s a neighborhood full of life and history: Julius Caesar was born in these very streets in 100 BC, and Nero’s Great Fire broke out here in 64 AD — get ready to sleep surrounded by the millennia-old heritage of the Eternal City.
Located on a mezzanine floor, the apartment includes a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed (available, for a small extra fee, as an additional bed for two people or for separate sleeping), and a bathroom with a shower. Inside you’ll find everything you need to feel at home: air conditioning and independent heating, smart TV, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, tourist guides, and maps.

From the initial communication throughout the entire stay the hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3 and in an excellent location near the colosseum and walkable to almost all Rome sites. Safe area with a plethora of restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would gladly book again!

Perfect location, access to museums and archaeological sites, restaurants, and laundry service. The apartment is small but nice, not much light, but cozy and well decorated.

Property ideally located. However, bathroom needs attention, especially the shower surrounds and walls. Not super clean in bedroom, especially under bed which was very dusty, and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while. Also, although we appreciate this needs to be done, maintenance men were working on the communal staircase the day before we left, which was exceptionally noisy. Noise continued the following morning, when water was switched off at exactly 10am, on day of our departure, leaving us unable to flush the toilet.
