Central clean family apartment with a great host

Beautiful central apartment very clean and functional for a family of four. A few minutes to the metro and within walking distance to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps (6-8 minutes). The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions. They also organised airport transfers at reasonable rates.

Fantastic apartment and location.

Loved the location, right in the heart of Rome. Five minutes walk to Trevi and Spanish Steps, plenty of restaurants, mini-market, couldn’t be better. Very comfortable rooms (family suite). The air conditioners were amazing as we had four straight days of 38 degrees. The fridge kept things cold and the kettle and microwave were very handy. There wasn’t a view but we weren’t looking for that - this is a prime location and highly recommended. The host was very easy to communicate with and allowed us to leave our luggage until check in.

Just a suggestion -maybe the host could consider supplying a few plates and cutlery. There were only mugs and teaspoons provided.

The best apartment with the best host! I’m extremely satisfied — I spent the most wonderful days here with my family. Everything in the apartment was clean, organized, and just perfect. The location is the best — you can reach all the main attractions without needing any transportation. The host was incredibly attentive and kind. Just to give you an example: when we were leaving, we forgot to leave the tourist tax. The host didn’t make a big deal out of it at all. On the contrary — he personally came to Termini Station to meet us, which was extremely convenient for us. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to have a drying rack or hanger on the small balcony, where guests could hang towels to dry. I highly recommend this place — don’t hesitate to spend a bit more. It’s absolutely worth it!

Ideal location to explore all of Rome. Would stay again!

The location was unbeatable. Steps from several amazing restaurants and a short walk to Trevi fountain, shops, etc. Also close to the metro on a line that can easily take you to the Vatican etc. We walked to all sites and only chose to use the metro for the vatican. Apartment was basic but clean, quiet and convenient. Exactly what we needed! Host was responsive and kind.

We confused the host's two listings so we were expecting some of the amenities of the larger apartment so it's important to read the details on the 2 different listings so you know what you are booking.

Totally recommended. Excellent ubicated

Great location. Very, very clean. Very comfortable beds for all 4. Impeccable towels and sheets. Air conditioning in each room, which is very appreciated for the heat. It includes everything it offers. The best thing is the attention of the hosts. Arriving you find the door with the number 20 on the Avignonesi road. There's no hotel name, but that's it. You communicate on WhatsApp and quickly someone very kind comes to receive you. I totally recommend it.

Location was awesome and made the stay very amenable. Place was very clean. Hosts were very friendly, they even provided bottle of wine, flowers and candy 1 day which was my birthday. Apartment was quiet from the surroundings even in the middle of the Rome city. Breakfast and dinner restaurants were very close and convenient to support our vacation travels each day. Important sites were within walking distance and metro, Barberini, was 4 minute walk, The ride back to airport was on time, very reasonable and driver pleasant.

Two of the air conditioners had stopped cooling enough after we got there and reported to host, who contacted technician and identified need to replace a part. Weather was somewhat warner in May than usual.

Location was excellent, we walked everywhere. It was fairly soundproof if you kept the windows shut, but that meant we did have to use the air con. The bed rooms were sizeable and for a family of 5, we each had our own bed! It was also nice there was an extra toilet/sink out on the balcony- location was a little odd but nice extra.

A great self contained apartment with amazing location

The location was fantastic. We were a 5 min walk to the centre and Trevi fountain . We loved the space it fit perfect for a family of 5 . The kitchen was a bonus so we could prepare breakfast for the children in the morning .

No washing facilities - I think if there was a washing machine and dryer it would be excellent . But there is a laundromat 80m near the place .

Positive experience in a central location

Very close to most of the important sightings in Rome. Clean apartment with practical layout. Very nice host and well customer oriented.

The rooms are pretty dark and there is no balcony. Very noisy in the morning. There are some stores at the ground floor and they are starting the activity early in the morning.

Top Lage, super Gastgeber!

Absolut geniale Lage für Städtetrip, Metro und Bushaltestelle in nächster Nähe. Kontakt zu Gastgeber top und sehr effizient. Konnten Gepäck unterstellen am Abreisetag.

Man konnte die Wohnung nicht richtig lüften, da ein Abluftrohr von einem Restaurant direkt bei uns vor dem Fenster durchlief und es somit nicht so gut gerochen hat. Ausserdem haben wir auf unserer Buchung die Fotos einer grösseren Wohnung angezeigt bekommen, und waren dann ein bisschen überrascht als wir eine viel kleinere Wohnung bekommen haben. Weiss allerdings nicht wo der Fehler da liegt, müsste man vielleicht mal überprüfen.

Muy buena la ubicación, a pasos de una calle principal donde pasan muchas líneas de bus. Contaba con aire acondicionado en todas las instalaciones, dato no menor si vas a Roma en verano. Marga muy atenta al WhatsApp y nuestras solicitudes.
