Great location. Ciara was very helpful and attentive. She gave us a map and directions to everything in the area. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were adequate and the apartment was comfortable. The supermarket is a 2 min walk and we really enjoyed having the Molino cafeteria right at the corner where we ate every morning. We liked that the Coliseum was just a 10 min walk and there were so many restaurants and stores in the area to go to. Very quiet area at night which made it great to sleep.

The room with the 2 beds was the only room with a half mirror and where the AC worked best. The bathroom drain needed to be plunged every time someone took a shower. The AC on the other rooms didn’t work properly. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable and i think they could add better and a fee more pillows per bed. There wasn’t enough outlets in the bedrooms for more than one plug. We had to unplug the nightlights to be able to plug our devices. The apartment gets very hot so the blinds needed to be shut all the time or else it will feel like an oven. We understand it’s Rome and the time of the year is with extreme heat however, adding more AC would be sustainable to feel comfortable and to be able to be with the family in the shared areas like the kitchen and the living room. An ice tray would have been nice to have to add to our drinks. The AC made noise while on and shutting it off was not really an option.

Apartamento/casa bien ubicado a pocas cuadras de la estación Víctor Emmanuelle que te da acceso a los sitios más emblemáticos. También queda a 15 minutos a pie de Termini. Buenos restaurantes en los alrededores. Fácil llegar y están atentos a tu llegada para entregarte el alojamiento, además están atentos a cualquier pregunta. Fuimos 6 personas y nos acomodamos bien. Si quieres sentir el vivir Italiano este es el lugar.

El aire acondicionado de uno de los cuartos suena mucho. Como la casa es grande existen zonas muy calientes en verano como los pasillos y cocina que no tiene aire acondicionado. Sin embargo cada habitación tiene su propio aire así como la sala. Además cuenta con varios ventiladores.

Perfect location just a short walk from the main train station, walking distance to the Colosseum & Forum and the metro. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host met us at the property and spent time getting us settled and giving us advice. Communication with her was great, and when there was a problem with the air con and the TV, she was quick to arrange for someone to come and fix everything.

We were there in July when it was very hot and, although there were air conditioners in each room, they were standalone and weren't very effective at cooling the whole room as the rooms were big. The air con was also very noisy so some of us had to switch them off at night or we couldn't sleep. Bathrooms were a bit dated and toilet flushing temperamental.
