Pictures on Booking.com don’t do it justice. 2 large double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, a large kitchen, lounge area with cable tv. It was above & beyond what we as a small group really needed but after a long 3 day x 240 mile cycle ride it was the perfect 3 day rest stop! Plenty of mini marts for water/juice. Many restaurants & cafes within easy reach for breakfast/lunch/dinner all at a good price.

Water pressure was low in kitchen (minor issue) & toilet flushing was a bit will it, won’t it🤷🏻‍♂️. They both did albeit a bit slow!

Great location near Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. We were lucky and Pope Leo came down our road on a procession to the Basilica. , Sandro was so friendly and helpful.

You can smell the 2nd bathroom (sewage?), very mild and not a big issue for us

Great location to walk to all the sights, super bars and restaurants nearby, lovely host

huge apartment, light, airy and very clean. The location was fantastic, 10 mins walk from the colosseum, 20 mins walk to the pantheon, 30 mins to the vatican. So many very good breakfast bars and excellent restaurants within 5 mins. And they ordered a taxi for us for our return to the airport.

it didn't matter to us but because you are on a main road there is some noise at night, but you are in the heart of Rome and the city is always lively !

Nice, clean and spacious house.

The host allowed us to drop our bags since we arrived early before the check in time. In fact we check in at 12 noon. The house located near to the Metro station and Roma termini station. There a lot of restaurants and halal foods around that area. We just can walked to the Colosseum (it takes around 10-15 min) . We enjoyed our stay here

located at level 2 and no elevator. Nonetheless, that is not a problem as the house is considered spacious for that price.

Rome family holiday

The location was great. So close to train. Supermarket was close by. There was enough room for my grown up family. It was spacious. Chiara was a great help on check in.

Not enough kitchen facilities. No sink plug! The utensils lacking. Should have quilts. Just the thin coverlet was not enough. The shower was small. No shelf. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the Mattresses uncomfortable too.

Great apartment in a great location

A fabulous apartment in a great location; Three large bedrooms, which was perfect for us a family of 5 as my eldest could have his own room. Would definitely stay here again. The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the Colosseum and easy to get to all of the other main attractions in Rome. We walked for miles and got to see this wonderful city. The restaurants/ coffee shops close by to the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica were all very good too.

There is only one shower and it’s small! It wouldn’t stop us from staying here again though.

House was perfect very comfortable beds. Perfect location walking distance from the colosseum. Sandro is a great man and it was a pleasure to meet him. I will definitely go back there in the future.

Localisation, taille des chambres, taille de l’appartement. Draps, serviettes, et de l’espace pour ranger nos affaires et accrocher les vêtements. Chauffage disponible et tous les éléments nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Super hôte, disponible, parlant plusieurs langues! Excellent accueil.

La literie date un peu mais on y dormait bien tout de même.

El apartamento estaba limpio. Es muy amplio y está bien comunicado. Los anfitriones fueron muy agradables.

Alguna de las almohadas era un poco incómoda. Se escucha mucho ruido por la noche de la calle, no hay buena insonorización. Hay unos bares debajo y son algo ruidosos. Solo hay una ducha.

Un piso hermoso. Habitaciones espaciosas, camas cómodas y una cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La ubicación del piso es única, una barrio hermoso, rodeado de lugares para comer y tomar, sumado a que está a metros de la Basílica Santa Maria Maggiore. La recepción por parte de Chiara fue muy buena, a pesar de que nosotros llegamos horas más tarde de la acordada. En caso de volver a Roma, definitivamente volveré allí.

Mein Aufenthalt im Holiday Home Zia Gina war enttäuschend aufgrund der Lärmbelästigung, schlechten

Das Holiday Home Zia Gina in Rom überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein idealer Ort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in der italienischen Hauptstadt!

Leider war mein Aufenthalt im Holiday Home Zia Gina in Rom nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Die Lautstärke von außen war störend, und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Zudem war die Dusche kaputt und der Glastisch im Wohnbereich nicht ideal. Auch die Verstaumöglichkeiten für persönliche Sachen waren kaum vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt weniger komfortabel machte.

Stupenda vacanza romana

Sandro è un proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ci ha aspettato di fronte l'appartamento per consegnarci le chiavi ed è stato gentile e molto disponibile. E' stato molto carino anche con le nostre bambine, ragalando loro un souvenir di Roma che mia figlia ora custodisce gelosamente. L'appartamento è grandissimo, ottima posizione facilemente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Dall'appartamento si raggiunge a piedi in 5/6 minuti anche la metro Vittorio Emanuele. Ci sono diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze e si raggiunge il Colosseo o anche piazza di Spagna a piedi passeggiando tra le meravigliose vie romane. Bagni puliti, letti pure. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma, ricontatterei Sandro.

L'unica cosa "negativa" sono le persone sotto nei locali che fanno un pò di baccano e si sente un pò in casa, ma tutto sopportabile.
