Good location, close to the Colloseum. Carrefour convenience store is also closeby. Andrea is very accommodating.

It gets hot in the room when the door is closed even with a Fan. We just left the door open to get some of the AC air in.

It was very clean, the bed was big and comfy and the pillows very good. The bathrooms were practical and clean. The kitchen table for 4 was very useful, as well as the kitchen amenities. The AC worked well and we enjoyed the silence of the property (it is placed in the second plan, you cannot hear the traffic). The location is excelent, the Colosseum was just on our street and every evening we enjoyed the area (it is very scenic and great for instagram photos and we felt very safe as well). Just on the other side of the street was a Carrefour market, a very good coffee shop (good coffee and good prices) and a restaurant. The host was very friendly, he gave us a nice map and gabe us itinerary suggestions, which were very useful. If I return to Rome, I will definetly stay here.

Fabulous stay in the Green Apartments Rome

Host was outstanding, excellent communication throughout our stay, Andrea also meets every one of his guests, when they first arrive, giving comprehensive directions, tips, places to eat etc. Apartment was spotless and we were regularly asked if there was anything we needed for the apartment, our stay could not have gone better and we would not hesitate to recommend Andrea's apartments to anyone visiting Rome. I forgot to mention the location, 10 mins walk from Colosseum and on a bus route, also 8 minute walk from Manzoni Metro Station 😃

Great value for money, ideal location

Ideally located to explore Rome, it is 5 minutes walk to the Colosseum. There is a bus stop nearby to get you to Trastevere and other central points of interest. Staff was very welcoming and on time to give us the keys. Very clean apartment. We had the two bedroom apartment, one room with double bed and ensuite bathroom and a second room with one double bed and one single bed (it was great for our third kid to finally have a bed and not sofa bed as usual) + en suite bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. The little private terrace is nice. Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the apartment (1 euro per hour, blue lines)

It was a bit hard to find the way with the car, there is a sideway you need to enter from the main street. The mattress (double bed) was uncomfortable. I think it needs to be replaced.

Very close to Coloseo, RomF & PalatineH, 8-15 euros in taxis for ALL the activities we did, the reason why I chose this apt.Very quiet @ night; close to store, bars. dark shutters.Terrace. Hosts Andrea, Virginia, Maria A++. Virginia turned on AC before we got there! Perfect!!

Need 2 more floor fans for the bedroom and kitchen, esp in the summer. Make shampoo, conditioner, wash detergent available; or Update link that these aren't available so we can bring them.More coffee pods, condiments, sugar. No electricity in building (electricity in other building) 2nd night until 2 am. City turned it off? Wifi only strong in kitchen, but too hot in there.

When we arrived we were personally greeted by Virginia. She showed us to our apartment, gave us a walk-through and then sat with us for a while and answered all our questions about the sites we wanted to visit. One of our tours was cancelled and they went to the effort of helping us find an alternative. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were spacious, each had air-conditioning and a new bathroom. The rooms were clean and the apartment in general was well equipped. They also provided WiFi. There are many restaurants in the area and the apartment is very close to the Colosseum. It was very easy to get around Rome from this location. Andrea, the host, has created his own map that includes the main sites, restaurants and general touristic needs in the area. The map shows his genuine care for his visitors and makes their stay as comfortable and easy as possible. This was our favourite accommodation so far, I would definitely stay at the Green Apartments again and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Miserable but would be acceptable if AC was not needed.

Rented 3 apartments for 2 days. AC insufficient in both 1 BR units. Two BR had unit in each bedroom and together was enough to cool LR/DR/kitchen area. One split ductless unit in each LR/DR/kitchen and none in bedrooms or bath. Failure in design that never could work in hot weather. In addition, the units did not function very well. Miserable sleeping with no AC and didn't even use the sheet to coverup. No bath fans to vent out humidity when showering. Only 1 wash cloth given per unit. Pull out couch in LR/DR/kitchen was very uncomfortable. The only somewhat comfortable bed was in bedroom but no AC in there.

Small "Nero" room. Perfect for solo traveler. 1 block from bus stop. 4 from either subway lines.

Very quiet even with being a few blocks from Colosseum and a bus stop . I felt safe and could come and go as I please. Having a kitchen was nice. Hot Water for the Shower! Sometimes that is hard to come by in Europe.

The building is not on the street but in an bending alleyway. So I was a bit confused on which building to approach. But that made safer since you were a bit off the beaten path. Only thing my apartment could have used was a microwave.

Great stay and overall experience. The host is very helpful and the apartment was bigger than expected. Great location just 5 mins walking from the Colosseo. Great shower and fully equipped kitchen. Complementary tea and espresso coffee.

Nothing negative. Only area of improvement could probably the quality of the mattress.

A good accommodation near the historical centre.

The flat is in a quiet house near the Colosseum. Andrea, the host, was friendly and helpful. He gave a map with his recommendations of the best routes to see around Rome. We had a good parking place on the street nearby (8 euro/day).

The kitchens facilities were a bit under-equipped.

Excellent place near Colloseum

Excellent place to stay in Rome. In vicinity of Colloseum, everything is easy accessable. Great location. The host, Andrea, is one of the best hosts we met. He will tell you everything you need to know about Rome, all best places you need to visit for a good ice cream, traditional italian meals and also shopping... He will give you tips how to easy access all the sightseeing places in Rome. This place is excellent and we would visit it again for sure.
