We give you a warm welcome to LABI HOME COLOSSEVM. A delightful apartment in the heart of Rome, just a stone's throw from the Colosseum. Your stay will be all about comfort and convenience. Enjoy the view of the city and immerse yourself in the Roman atmosphere.
The apartment consists of two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, equipped with heating/cooling air conditioning, a desk, a full HD smart TV with streaming services, and free Wi-Fi. The comfortable sofa quickly transforms into a cozy bed to accommodate two additional guests. A fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee and cappuccino machine, one bathroom with shower, towels, bed linens, a courtesy kit, and a hairdryer are provided. There is also a pleasant relaxation/reading corner where you can unwind or plan your sightseeing itinerary. The apartment is located in a charming building in the historic center of Rome, just a few steps from the Colosseum (600 m), the Domus Aurea (500 m), the Arch of Constantine, and the Roman Forum.

This is in a great location and was very clean. The kitchen has the bare minimum for equipment. the coffee maker was jammed or something and only took specific size pods. There were a few sugar packets but otherwise you have to provide your own. The layout makes it so people can be in the kitchen or in the rooms, there is no real communal space.

Overall loved the property. The building is charming, the location is great and apartment was comfortable for 4 adults. The apartment is lovely, beds are comfy and kitchen supplied all we needed. Also enjoyed having a washing machine. The apartment was very clean and the host was very responsive. Only downside was no living room. We used kitchen table as a gathering place in the evenings. Overall- we highly recommend!
