Cozy apartment near the Colosseum

The actual apartment was very clean and spacious with a traditional Italian charm. We visited when it was very hot and every room had ac which worked completely fine. Everything about the apartment was great and nothing to complain about. The location was also amazing, literally a few minute walk from the colosseum but in a nice quiet and safe area. But most of all, Julien, the host, was extremely friendly and responsive and even gave us a number of recommendations of places to eat and visit when we arrived. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was just very friendly. I’d really recommend this place.

The apartment is super cosy, quiet and comfortable! Location is just great, near good restaurants, grocery shops and very close to the Colosseum! Owner is a very kind, polite and helpful person. We booked the apartment late at night and he made his best to arrive as soon as possible, appreciated! AC in every room is a fantastic thing during summer in Rome. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Location was great - only 5-10 mins walk from the colesseum, though was the opposide side from town. Host was brilliant, meeting us at the property, handing over the keys and answering all our questions. Property was big, with proper beds, everything you need and good A/C. Tea / Coffee supplied.

Shower pressure is weak and occasionally heard flushing / water sounds coming from room above in the main bedroom. No lock for bathroom (key was missing). One suggestion I have is the host could create a "guide book" of local shops, resturants, etc and leave in property.

The host was so gracious and full of info regarding best place nearby for groceries, for breakfast and cappuccino; and the best pizza place. It turned out that everything Julian told us was true and helped us get acclimated to our surroundings easier!

Really nothing! From the host, to the location, and the apt. I have no recommendations.
