Almapetra Colosseo

The location to the main attractions (colosseum, palatine hill, etc.) was amazing. Quiet neighborhood and apartment. The host was very helpful and made it super easy to get into the apartment.

The bathroom in the main bedroom was a bit loud and the water temperature in both fluctuated a bit.

L emplacement près de la gare (15mn) à pied et non loin de Colisée. Pas de bruit de voiture. Deux chambres avec deux salles de bain. La petite cour privative est un vrai plus.

Ce que j ai le moins apprécié : problème pour utiliser une douche et wc dont l eau coulait tout le temps.

Las duchas, salía agua al suelo. Y apenas podías ducharte en condiciones sin inundar el baño.

Location was nice. About 10 min from two different metro lines. And less than 10 from bus. The air conditioner was nice but if the bedroom doors were shut they became saunas. Wash machine was nice.

Wasn’t cleaned well before we arrived. Found multiple dirty dishes and garbage under the beds. The futon bed was broken, had multiple dents which made the mattress uncomfortable and found blood stains on the sheets and mattress. The showers would go from scolding hot to ice cold when a toilet flushed elsewhere in the building. The shower faucet were so corroded that the water didn’t come out right. The handles were also broken and the whole shower head unit felt like it was going to fall off the wall. The seal at the bottom of shower was bad and there would always be a puddle of water on the floor. There is water damage and mold growing in that area.
