The Avalon

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, modern, and perfect for our family of five. The apartment is walking distance to the coloseum and many restaurants. The owner was kind and easy going . By far our favorite accommodations of all our European travels.

The location was excellent, right in the centre and very close to the main sightseeing spots such as the Colosseum, Foro Romano and Santa Maria Maggiore, with a very pleasant 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and many other attractions. There were also many restaurants, terraces, bars and small markets nearby, most of which were welcoming to our dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication with our landlord was prompt, clear and very responsive to our needs, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Salvatore. We look forward to returning in the future.

El trato de Salvatore, su propietario, una persona amable y simpática. A la entregabde llaves acudió puntual y nos estuvo explicando la ubicación del apartamento con respecto a los monumentos, además nos aconsejó con los restaurantes y transporte. Se encuentra en lugar muy céntrico y el apartamento es muy confortable para 4 personas. Muy buena opción para alejarse y visitar Roma

The location of the property was extremely convenient as it was close to eateries and a short walk to the Termini station. The place was well stocked with food and coffee and very clean.

It was a bit small for a family of 6. It was a bit cramped in the apartment and with only 1 bathroom.
