GuestART Monti Apartment

Lovely and comfortable apartment, 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria Maggiore and about 15 minutes walk from Rome main station, the Colisseum is also walkable. The apartment is very complete, very clean and very comfortable bed and pillows! Very generous number of pillows too. There is a very handy supermarket 5 minutes walk, across the road from Santa Maria Maggiore. There is also a small lift to the apartment, that you can take after the building entrance steps, which is handy, however, the apartment is only on the first floor. Another very convenient thing, is a ‘Walk&Lock’ a few minutes walk on the main road, for luggage storage before or after checking in if needed. Very helpful, approachable and friendly host!

No air conditioning in the main living room.

Klimatyzacja w sypialni nadaje się do przeglądu, bardzo głośna.

Good location a few steps from Santa Maria Maggiore and Roma Termini, close to the Colosseum. The apartment is spacious and offers all the necessary amenities.

The AC in one of the bathrooms seems to be working on it's last breath — making weird sounds and spitting ice all of a sudden. Many other things are waiting to be fixed as well. It's comfy enough, especially given the price, but the apartment could use some renovation.

Good location and good service. Easy to pick the keys up.

The apartment needs refreshening. The bathrooms are in bad shape.
