Not a good part of town. Location near train station but the area is dirty. Not the section where you want to walk around and get lost in small streets of Rome.
The hotel is a personal apartment that was converted into 7 hotel rooms. Not a traditional hotel.
The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff/ manager was super friendly and welcoming which was the best part of the stay!

Great large apartment-style rooms which works really well for a family with kids. Closet was huge and bathroom was very spacious as well.
