Overall a nice stay—great location, but a bit damp

Great location—close to the Colosseum and major attractions. The apartment was very clean, and we appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in.

Unfortunately, the flat felt quite damp, which was a downside during the stay.

Host was great. Accomodation disappointed

Central location. 15min walk to Colosseum and Roman Forum. 30min walk to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. The host Alessandro was awesome. He met us. Helped us with our luggage and replaced the broken coffee machine the next day after being asked.

I’ve thought a lot about this. Firstly there is a serious mould problem in this property. Yes the building is hundreds of years old but there is a serious mould problem in the second bedroom and bathroom (see pictures). This is a health and safety issue and needs rectified. The rooms in the colosseum apartment which we stayed in are small. The kitchen / lounge would be no more than 3.5 x 3.5 mtrs. There is no lounge just a small fold out ikea table and some folding chairs in the kitchen / lounge area and no TV. The second bedroom is very small 3 x 3 mtrs. When you have two single beds it’s very small. One of the single beds has broken slats. The main bedroom is a good size. 4 x 4 mtrs. Important to know when booking as pictures can be deceiving. In all this apartment is very tired and in need of rectification of

Loved how simple it was to check in, considering it's an apartment style location. I loved the location, so we managed to walk to every notable sight in Rome with in 10-30 min The AC was fenomenal during the heat wave. It was a relief every time we came back from the 35-40C° Degree weather

Great location, super close to the train station. Apartment was very clean and tidy, was very happy, would recommend!

Checkin was a bit more difficult than it needed to be. Host has to buzz you in so make sure you have wifi before going.

Just perfect!

The whole apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host was charming and helpful; he gave us information about restaurants and activities we could do in Rome, and we had flexibility with our check-in and out. You can see that he is running his business with love and care. We suggest it to everyone and the location is just perfect we walk the whole of Rome without public transport.

The apartment we had wasn't too bright, but nothing to complain about, because it's a general thing in most apartments in Rome and we are used to our apartment with a lot of natural light!

the room we had was different from the picture. we paid for 2 bedroom apartment but there was no sitting area with a sofa etc as it was shown in the picture. it was really tight for 4 people to stay.

Good place to stay in centre Rome, but you have to accept some street and inside noises.

Modern apartment, comfortable and clean. Michele was from a distance very friendly and helpful. The situation is excellent, both to arrive as to visit the city. The insulation towards the noisy street is sufficient to keep most of the noise out (of course windows needed to remain closed at night). We were allowed to leave our suitcase for the whole day, after leaving the apartment.

The wifi and the roaming network are not good at all. As good as was the insulation towards outside noises, the inside insulation is unfortunately not good at all. Our neighbours were very noisy, as well above as next to us, starting from 6 am and sometimes also late in the evening. We heard the noise like they were in our apartment. Small remark : a decent coffee or espresso machine would have been nice.

Smooth self check-in/check-out process. Perfect location, 15 mins walk from the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Well-equipped cozy apartment. The owner was really helpful we could leave our luggages in the basement before check-in and after check-out.

Location was great. Only a short walk from all main tourist attractions. Great places to eat & drink nearby. And only a short 10 minute walk from the train station. The host also provided us with recommendations of nearby places to eat which was great

The apartment is quiet small. We were a group of 4 staying. And although this wasn’t a major problem for us I would recommend that it is better suited for 2 people.
