About this apartment rental
CASA MONTI is a 60m2 apartment barely renovated with taste and love! We have created a symbiosis between the old structure and a modern and comfortable layout: the barrel-vaulted vaults contrast with the designer kitchen.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a late 19th century building. On the roof, the accessible common terrace offers a superb view of the city.
The Monti district is an authentic district, full of life and very fashionable.
Since 2015 the payment of a tourist tax is compulsory: 3. 5 € per adult per day, for the first 10 days of stay. This tax is payable on arrival in cash (upon receipt) and will be paid entirely to the municipality of Rome.

Great apartment for our family of four. Great location and the kitchen was very well equipped. Nice to have an elevator. Host provided lots of nice recommendations for restaurants.

The location is central to many attractions as well as great restaurants/bakeries. The apartment was perfect for our family with very comfortable beds. Elena was most helpful and very responsive
