The location is great for both metro and intercity transfer trains. Gated and safe.
The surrounding outside seems unsafe, the garbage bins along the courtyard, locking the gate early, the beddings are so thin, the beds are not comfortable.

Everything was really great, from the handy location from the train station and to metro and all the sites, to Gianni meeting us with lots of local information, restaurants and grocery shops.
Unfortunately we were notified that the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms and it wasn’t fixed during our stay

Very nice location. Everything was within walking distance. Historical landmarks and also part of the shopping city. Also great recommendations for restorants and bars from staff

Great location, close to Rome trains, restaurants and supermarket.
We were not provided with the very minimum basics for a 3 day stay for a family of 5. The two rolls or toilet paper lasted one day. We had no tea/coffee/milk/hand soap/laundry powder…nothing. The power cut out when we ran two air conditioner and a washing machine. Had to call host to find the fuse box to turn power back on. Every time we walked through the fyi t gate we passed through a dozen smelly garbage bins, not pleasant.
