Amazing view of Rome from the apartment. It also has a rooftop balcony which is really hard to find in so central location.

Sehr schön kleine-gemütliche Unterkunft in Rom. Netter Kontakt zu den Eigentümern und eine Flasche Begrüßungswein gab’s gratis !!! Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zur U-Bahn und auch zu den Bussen. Flughafentaxi kostet 55 Euro- perfekt für Familien und manch ungünstige Flugzeiten.

Second bedroom wasn't made up. We actually needed two bedrooms.

L'emplacement au cœur de Rome ,tout près du Colisée. La possibilité de visiter la ville en flânant dans les rues et de rejoindre les plus beaux monuments sans prendre de voiture . La charmante petite terrasse qui apporte un peu d'espace et de clarté très appréciable. Le calme du quartier avec des restaurants tout autour et la place Santa-Maria tout près.
Le manque d'entretien de l'appartement qui est resté dans son jus depuis quelques dizaines d'années... dommage ! -une cuisine étriquée, à renover, de l'électroménager à changer surtout la machine à laver rouillée et très peu d"ustensiles de cuisine . -la porte de la chambre ne ferme pas car trop grande ! -une minuscule salle de bain avec les WC à l'intérieur. Appartement pour 5 personnes mais déjà à 3 c'est compliqué !
