Our beautiful and cozy apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful building, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Rome from its large terrace overlooking.
The accommodation and 'independent heating and is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible:
air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, washing machine.
The apartment's location is very central, walking distance to the metro station Cavour (lina B) is convenient to easily reach on foot most of the attractions of Rome, 600 meters from the Forum, 600 meters from the Domus Aurea , and 5-minute walk from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
L 'apartment is quiet despite being a few steps away from the most crowded areas of the historic center of Rome.
Monti is a small world of its own within Rome and its center. It is as if invisible walls parted from the rest of the city. Despite the excellent position, it has never become a tourist trap: on the contrary, has always played a very independent character, thanks to which today is considered one of the most vibrant and exciting capital. A bohemian district from the soul, inhabited by artisans, intellectuals, and nightlife lovers.

Apartment was very clean and well presented. Location was within easy walking distance to Termini train station and to visit the Colosseum. Was on 6th floor but lift available. We really liked the roof terrace. We found it a bit cramped for four people but would probably be fine for 3. We were a bit disappointed that there was only one air conditioning unit working (in the hall) and only a fan in the main bedroom - it was very hot during our visit in July so may not concern others visiting at different times of year. Kitchen space was limited so bit difficult to cook a full meal but plenty of eating places/takeaways nearby. Overall would recommend.
