It was very close to train & bus service

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ma l'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il proprietario ci ha accolti all'arrivo, ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e ci ha offerto biscotti, frutta, acqua e una mappa con i luoghi di interesse turistico di Roma. L'appartamento ha un bagno pulito, una cucina molto ben attrezzata e tutto è pulito e ben tenuto. Se cercate una posizione che vi permetta di soggiornare più a lungo senza perdervi nulla, ve la consiglio. Si trova di fronte alla stazione Termini, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria da cui partono i treni per Civitavecchia. La zona non è delle più pulite e sicure, ma ci sono polizia ed esercito ovunque. Tutti i mezzi di trasporto pubblico sono facilmente raggiungibili.

Non c'era niente che non ci piacesse

Perfectly connected with trains, underground and shuttle to the airport. Super clean flat which has been recently renovated. Comfortable beds. The owner is super kind and very helpful.

It's noisy when the window is open, but you cannot have it all. It's normal in that area. BTW I never felt unsafe.

Very suspect and dirty part of city. I was on 4th floor but still very noisy, hence the complimentary foam earplugs. "Private" bathroom means there is a lock on the door of either of the two tiny bathrooms which everyone staying may use, when available. Very low water pressure means you stand there for minutes trying to rinse properly. Toiletries means soaps and shampoos left behind by former guests. Even though host was very nice, and there was complimentary water, an apple and a prepackaged piece of spongecake, $240 does not represent good value.
