Classic apartment near the Colosseum

El departamento súper espacioso para 4 personas. Tiene dos baños y es un plus 👏🏻 Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia cómoda en Roma. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación y living-comedor. Excelentes los colchones. Buena calidad de sábanas y toallas. Buena vajilla. Además, cuenta con lavarropas y lavavajillas. Un 10!!!

Algunos detalles: no cuenta con pava eléctrica (y para nosotros -argentinos- que tomamos mate es un tema). Tampoco había rejilla. Un tema incómodo fue que llegamos fuera del horario de check in (había avisado antes), pero como las aperturas de puertas son con códigos supuse que no iba a haber inconveniente. No obstante, llegamos y el código no funcionó 🫤! Justo llegó una vecina y nos abrió la puerta pero no sé qué hubiera pasado si ella no aparecía. Fuera de eso, volvería sin dudarlo!

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. It is located in a great location beside many good restaurants, the metro and is in the heart of ancient Rome. This is a great base for a holiday in Rome.

Clean and comfortable. Lots of great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Coliseum and Metro.

The apartment is well situated, close to the Colosseum at a walking distance and between 2 metro stations, San Giovanni and Colosseo. Plenty of places to eat, down the road. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in an old building, and has a reception room (living room), kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom is facing an interior courtyard and the other one is facing a one way street. The beds are comfortable enough to rest properly after a long walking day. 30K steps seem like an average goal in Rome. The kitchen has everything you might need although we haven't used much. Large fridge freezer, a cooker, dishwasher. Also in the main bathroom you can find the washing machine hidden.. If anyone is curious, there is also a bidet, Google it and use it properly. Overall the apartment is very classically decorated, some would say it's outdated, some paint here and there would be a plus.

There were a few things that I didn't like, for instance the window for the main bedroom wasn't closing properly, I realised after a few days that the noise during the night was quite unusual. Also the squeaky doors, the lift door and the entrance door was a big no no. Limited supply of toilet paper, one or two more I don't think will break the bank The noise that comes from neighbours was quite high, 6:30 AM first alarm goes off, that last one goes off at 8:00. Then the guy on the upper floor I think he was arranging the furniture on a daily basis. Another thing is the access to the apartment, the instructions were clear enough however the main gate access didn't work as per instructions, luckily someone exited the building so we can go in.
