Walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Supermarket nearby. Comfortable 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Apartment with everything you could need except a washing machine. Can highly recommend Top Bike Rental & Tours which offer 4 hour E bike tours of Rome and only 150 Metres from the apartment. Great way to have an introductory to Rome to start your holiday.

Seems to be a pub next door which was quite noisy in the evenings until around 10.30pm.

Location to colosseum was excellent. The host was responsive and helpful when needed. The separate bedrooms, little kitchen and lounge area was useful. Can’t comment on the terrace as it was too wet to access.

It was noisy - from the outside and also inside the building & upstairs neighbours. Beds were creaky and quite soft. The shower was awkward and the water rarely got hot enough. A little folder with instructions and recommendations for restaurants & cafes would have been good. Provided games were missing pieces. A reminder of the city tax could have been in the form of an envelope in the apartment so we had time to get correct money (instead of last minute).

Price very good, location very good. Room wasn’t ready on arrival and someone was inside the room. We kept trying to unlock the door as per the instructions and it wouldn’t unlock. Contacted the owner and then the door opened. The cleaner advised there was a strike and cleaning hadn’t been finished and beds not made and he was awaiting the sheets to be delivered but strangely hadn’t answered the door when he knew we were trying to get in. We had to ask if we could leave out bags and said we would go for a walk. Wasn’t great start as we weren’t early and had given our time of arrival and needed to use toilet which we couldn’t. We left and went back after a few hours and the beds had been made up. Property is ok but lots could be improved such as bathroom condition. Big apartment and decoration and furniture ok. It was absolutely freezing in there and no idea how to turn on any heating so we were cold. The noise from above in other apartments and out the back in the hotel is awful at all hours. You can lay in bed and hear everyone and they are not quiet at the hotel at night or in the early hours. Never saw owner just a text asking for our passports and then to leave the city tax on the table when we checked out.
