Good apartment in a fantastic location.

The location is fantastic - easy walking distance to the colosseum and to public transport links. Also lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of small shops to buy essentials from. The apartment is comfortable and much more spacious than a hotel room. There’s a lift available to take you up to the apartment floor, which was helpful with luggage. It was also a nice touch that a transfer was provided to the airport as we were staying 5 nights.

The kitchen was missing basics - no forks, only 2 glasses and 2 plastic cups, only 2 plastic bowls. The adapter for the kettle in the kitchen didn’t work so needed to be plugged into the living room. There were quite a few ants in the kitchen and bathrooms, even being on the 2nd floor. Only one bathroom had a useable shower as there is no shower curtain in the other bathroom, which was inconvenient with a family of four. The walls are also quite thin so the sound from the apartments on either side can be clearly heard.

Incredible location, safe and comfortable lodging.

This location was centrally located only a 10 minute walk from the collesseo. There were plenty of wonderful restaurants around and the Metro stations for both A and B line were easy to access.

The listed location is quite a bit closer to the colleseum than the actual location. Everything else was wonderful.

The apartment is very clean and newly renovated.

The location is marked just beside the Colosseum, but only the reception is located there, the actual apartment is still 10min away. I find this information is misleading and caused me to make the wrong decision. The space is quite small although it is rated for 4 people. The kitchen is not so complete.

Viva la Roma!

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum metro station. Cross the street and go clockwise around the Colosseum. At about 11 o'clock, walk left across the road's crosswalk and you will be on Capo D'Africa Street. The apartment is number 14, and the check-in location is number 26 (ring buzzer). Both are located on the left side of the road if you are walking from the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants near the apartment as well.

Everything was great, but some of the light switches were obsolete.

COLISEUM, such a nice experience in Rome

Points of strength: - location close to Coliseum (100 metres only); - movida area rich of pubs and restaurants; - close to Coliseum's underground stop; - homemade breakfast chosen by the guest; - the room is very clean; - the building is silent, ease to sleep; -possibility to leave your luggage on the day of leaving - fantastic bed

Points of weakness: - the bathroom is not large indeed; - no room enough to have customized breakfast in the room because there was one chair only. - room price in such area is higher than in other areas

20th Anniversary in Rome

Staff was perfectly nice and helpful. Way to go into the appartment was very comfortable as well with the link for opening the doors. Room was clean and in very good location. Rooms were quiet and room insulation was sufficient even from the rush street.

Breakfast was limited to the selection which we have done during first day. The Menu was very limited as well, but the food was OK and served to the room. Under the lining there was water proof protection which was not comfortable.

Terrible and they robbed us

I came to this hotel for my first holiday away with my boyfriend, on the first day I took my bracelet off and put them next to the shower my boyfriend said before we left the room do you want to hide your bracelets in case the cleaners take them. Stupidly I said no it’ll be fine! When we came back to the room I walked into the bathroom to find one of my bracelet missing! When I text the owner about this his response was that I should look around the bathroom again near the draw (baring in mind I never mentioned where my bracelet was, however he knew they was in the bathroom and on top of the draw very odd). On the last day my boyfriend had left his phone in the room as we had rushed out to get our flight, I called the owner and he said he would post it if we sent £20.... that was over a month ago and still no phone and £20 out of pocket. Overall this hotel has stolen a bracelet, a phone and £20 from us and unfortunately as it’s a small hotel clearly run by one person there is no one to complain to as the owner is clearly involved and aware of it all. If you want to return home with you possessions I suggest booking elsewhere, very strange and disappointing responses when something goes wrong also. From looking at other reviews I can see many people have had issues with staff here and when in a foreign country it’s unsettling to feel alone and disrespected by the hotel especially when it’s a hotel with 5 rooms I felt extremely nervous through out the rest of the stay as I felt I couldn’t trust any of the staff and it was almost like we was the out casts coming into there group and anything we said against anyone we were to always be to blame as they accepted no fault even when stealing multiple items from us. I won’t be staying in any sort of small company hotel again as it’s important to have someone to reach out to in situations like this where help is provided and you definitely won’t get that here! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews like I was.

Comfortable, good value for money & ideal location

The apartment was clean and nicely laid out with a lot of amenities. We liked the special character of the ceilings and the bedroom headboard wall. We were left a bottle of prosecco, which was a very thoughtfu gesture. The location was ideal.

It was quite noisy from other apartments at times. The shower was very small. As the office, which was a 5 min walk away, doesn't have a working doorbell, it was very difficult to contact the staff there without internet access. It would be a good idea to let guests know in advance that the doorbell doesn't work as we rang it quite a few times before realizing it.

Fanatically located. Some apartments are better than others, our first one was well located and pleasant and our second was also well located and stunning.
