My family of 5; mom dad and three kids had a great stay. It was very comfortable and felt like a quality accommodation.
If I had to say one thing- it’s up 3 flights of stairs. None of us had an issue but could be a concern.

Everything! The location was amazing, 2 min walk to the Colosseum. Many restaurants and bars nearby but the windows are soundproof so absolutely quiet inside the apartment. The apartment is large and beautiful with everything that you might need and very clean. The owner responds super quick and was able to accommodate our arrival time without any issues. We were even given a list of restaurants and they were amazing. We had a great time and would 100% stay there again.

The location was perfect just 6-7 min to Colosseum, but 20 min to Termini- bus, train station. And 30 min to Trevi, Pantheon etc… Additionally, the apartment was clean, comfort and 1+1.
In the pictures, it shows that there is balcony or terrace for the view, resting and smoking however there wasn’t.
