Restart Accommodations Colle Oppio e Paganini

The location is super convenient. Easy to get in and out of the airport (about 30min drive). Metro (Coliseum location) is about a 10/15min walk. The Coliseum is also a 5/10min walk. There is a beautiful park on the way that you can cut through to get to the Coliseum. There are cafes, a supermarket, a speakeasy bar just couple blocks from the place. It's a busy street but it makes really easy to get in and out. Not too far, there are a lot of restaurants but it's a very tourist area. You can also walk opposite direction from the Coliseum and you will find a lot more local places to eat. The apartment is in the back of the building and it makes a very quiet experience. The bed and sofa bed were very conformable. The apartment is kind of narrow but we were 4 and we made work just fine. We had a bottle of wine as courtesy and they even provided a laundry service for only 10 euros. I just wish the shower's water pressure was stronger but we also never asked to be fixed. Communication was great. Highly recommend the appartment.

Location was ideal

Not suitable for a family with kids that need any space to move. Also, no cleaning supplies. Not even a broom available to sweep the floor. Kids make crumbs and dirt. A broom was necessary but absent. Nowhere to put any suitcases with the couch pulled out into a bed. Nowhere to walk at all.
