La situation géographique de l'appartement est juste parfaite! Dans le cœur même de Rome dans une rue proche de tout et dynamique! Le balcon est un vrai plus aussi ... Assez d'espace pour un groupe de 8 avec des enfants, on ne se marchait pas dessus...
L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR!!! Ce qui n'est pas écrit dans l'annonce pour l'appartement! Pour nous, c'était fatiguant mais on peut le faire mais je pense à d'autres personnes (personnes âgées ou en situation de handicap) qui ne sont pas en capacité de le faire... Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de rideau occultant ou store dans les chambres... (Réveil au lever du soleil) L'intrusion pour maintenance non prévenue par le personnel pendant notre séjour...

Zona foarte aproape de Colosseum. Baiatul care ne-a adus cheile, Lorenzo, a fost foarte punctual, foarte amabil. Am tinut legatura pe whatsapp, totul a decurs perfect. Un baiat de nota 100 🫶 Locatia ok, 2 camere mari (una cu baie proprie) si una mai mica, inca o baie recent renovata pentru celelate 2 camere, bucataria mica dar suficienta, terasa super! Peste strada este un Carrefour Express, absolut binevenit! Singurul minus, apartamentul este la etajul 4 si blocul nu are lift! In concluzie, o vacanta reusita! Revenim!

Manque de chauffage, (j’ai contacté plusieurs fois on me répond que c’est automatique juste 3h par jour )très froid Manque de couverts , pas de matériel de nettoyage, fourmis dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre
