Suite 109

The AC worked well and the property was spacious.

The shower didn’t work at one time due to back up from sewer. The AC was loud at night.

Ubytovanie bolo perfektné od začiatku až do konca. Celkový prístup personálu bol skvelý. Komunikovali sme spolu a plánovali náš príchod do Suite 109 už deň pred príletom, ako aj počas cesty. Privítala nás veľmi milá Asia, ktorá nám vysvetlila všetko potrebné ohľadom pobytu. Prileteli sme o 11:30 a na ubytovanie sme dorazili približne o 12:10. Hoci bol check-in až o 15:00, umožnili nám nechať si batožinu na izbe, zatiaľ čo sme sa išli prejsť po meste, kým bola izba pripravená. Veľmi sme to ocenili. Lokalita bola najlepšia, akú sme si mohli priať. Všetko bolo doslova na skok, takže sme sa všade presúvali pešo. Obchod bol hneď oproti ubytovaniu, čo bolo veľmi praktické. Rovnako blízko boli aj obchody so suvenírmi. Apartmán bol čistý a vkusne zariadený. Nič nám nechýbalo. Posteľ aj vankúše boli pohodlné. S hlukom z ulice sme rátali, keďže ubytovanie sa nachádza priamo v centre mesta, preto to nepovažujeme za mínus. Ďakujeme veľmi pekne Suite 109 za skvelý pobyt. Keď sa do Ríma vrátime, určite sa ubytujeme opäť u vás 🇮🇹🍋

Flavia was an exceptional host who communicated so helpfully in the lead up and during our stay. The location is perfect for families and has everything you need at the doorstep, as well as being close enough walking distance to the big sights like the colosseum and trevi fountain. Apartment was clean and had great air conditioning for the hot weather! Highly recommend and we'll be back here next time we visit Rome!

Great central location easy access to go everywhere for all travelers. Host has been very friendly and helpful quick respond to all inquire with questions and answers. Both apartment well fit for our 2 families.

An air mattress is not appropriate to use as a bed either for child and adult because it was too flimsy it was moving all the time. Everyone must need to have a good rest sleep after spent a long day outside and it is important we can sleep well air mattress was not ideal. My gf told me she was the one who slept on the air mattress. Day one first day she was super tired slept on mattress which was already flimsy not comfortable but she is just too tired she fell asleep right away anyway but bed was also not comfortable. Day 2 mattress started to loose air slowly and getting flatten my gf said very flimsy she couldn't sleep anymore. She went out to the living room area and slept on the sofa which the sofa was too short she has to put dining chairs together lying up with sofa in order to get a full size length to hold her legs up then can lie down. I am the main guest who booked this airbnb for my family I stayed the other side with washer unit and Debbie's family stayed with air mattress unit. My gf told me all about this situation after we all have to returned home. I felt really sad and sock for my gf because she had to go through all these problems. Rest had comfort bed to sleep after your full tired day but she didn't. She had to sort out all these problem herself and just suffurt with sleeping during her vacation. We all splitting the rental among everyone to her to slept on uncomforting bed which was really unfair to her. She should have told me on day one so we can address this issue. We had stay with many airbnb in the past all accommodation used all proper bed which made all guests had a very pleasant stay during their vacation. An advice for you in near future if you have to arrange additional bed in the room at least a sofa can put out as a bed or a real single mattress bed not air mattress your room size have decent space to put extra bed. The inflation with air mattress bed can slowly flatten easily and go flimsy.
