The beds were very comfortable, there was room for our group, and the location was within an easy walk of both the train station and the Colosseum. Air conditioning in each room provided great relief from the Rome heat.
The kitchen is small but is very workable.

We loved everything! From the owner (Carlo) who personally welcomed us explaining everything. The apartment is very charming, we loved how it mixes old traditional roman charm and the comfort of modern facilities.
A lot of sightseeing spots are within walking.distance as well as cafes, groceries, gelatos and restaurants.
We were 14pax in the family and the apartment felt so comfortable for us.

The location of the property is excellent. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, historical places and great location to enjoy so many of Rome's attributes including the starlings in the evenings.
The owner was available to any questions and met us in the middle of the night with the keys to the apartment. We felt a great pride of his ownership and history of our apartment which was felt while staying there. I highly recommend this place for families getting together or groups traveling together.

The location will be one of the main thing that you would like for the place. Although, I think one would only appreciate the location after a few days and upon exploring the area. Also, if you are a big group, this apartment would have enough space for everyone.
Cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment needs more attention. Particularly, the towels need to be improved. The towels need to be replaced to newer ones. They do not look clean, and it would be better if all were in a single color, as this would make it look uniformed. There was one towel that has holes in it. For the price paid for the apartment, one would imagine a better apartment or hotel and service.
