Disappointed, dated and dirty.

There was nothing to like. The apartment is dated and old.

The beds are old and saggy. We got bed bug bites. There was no hand soap. The apartment is dusty and unclean. The host is mannerless and rude.

It’s very old property, needs lots of fixing, broken mirror, bathroom need renovation, all A/C in apartment needs fixing dose t work properly, it’s really very bad. Doesn’t worth the money paid for.

Okay for big groups who want to explore Rome

Host was responsive and informative. The location of property is good - about a 15 minute walk from Roma Termini station. Host told us we can come early to leave bags - which was helpful given check in was 4pm.

Overall the condition of the apartment is okay - nothing like the pictures sadly and it requires some work. There were a few issues we experienced such as a broken bed (which we were able to fix) & the heater in the small bathroom falling over. This alongside a few other smaller issues, caused us abit of discomfort however, as we didnt spent too long in the apartment, we weren't to bothered. Overall okay for the price and location. Note the apartment is on the 3rd floor with only 1 lift access.

1 room has no curtains, 1 bed has no beddings/blanket, 1 toilet/bath and 1 bedroom has defective door lock, the dining chairs has loose bolts and 1 totally defective.

It is a large apartament.

The walls, doors, curtains were dirty, a lot of mess in the carpets, a lot of dust on the floor, in two bedrooms the curtains were falling down and getting behind the dressers, in the bathroom there was a problem with the shower. The apartment is beautiful, but it definitely needs refurbishing, otherwise it won't make the money. The linens on the bed were just some sheets placed one under the duvet and one on top

A good size appartment for the price. Well located. Clean.

The appartment needs some maintenance. The proprietary could also offer in the appartment some products that a short-term traveler will not buy or it's not so convenient to buy, such as dish soap, coffee filter, a coffee machine (not for capsules), etc.

The size of room was big and location very near convenience store, coffee shop.

The owner not reply the messages so I have to contact call center and we travelling with kids so she made me worried. We have to waited outside apartment for 1 hour and couldn't be able to contact the owner. No responsibility even we have paid in advance for 1 day to expect early check in. She could made it so just leave message in inbox but she did not. Very disappointed so I will not come back to stay here again even the room is big. In the second room was no curtain so very bright in the morning.

Host was extremely rude and almost refused to give us the keys. We did not receive any answers to our questions. Apartment was dirty and run down. No curtains on the windows. Showers leaking, toilet leaking. If you want a worry free stay in Rome, do not book this place.

Everything was as expected. Host accommodated our needs. We arrived early and host let us keep our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned.

The AC units did not kool at 100% . It was still hot in the rooms. We bought portable fans at the host expense. In one of the rooms had a bad odor, smelled like something has been wet for a while and started to stink up, or could have been cat urine. The sofa had a lot of stains. The floors were dirty as my kids socks were black from walking on the floor.

An amazingly affordable stay in a clean and central apartment in stunning Rome.

The property we stayed at was very spacious, comfortable and central. It was a short walk to the main train station and quite close to all the main sites. It was clean and there were enough towels for 10 girls. The handover to receive the keys upon arrival was efficient and communication with the owner was clear. There was a lift to get up to the room which was handy as it is up 3 flights of stairs.

The only negative comment we have is that we were only given 2 toilet rolls between the 10 of us for the whole weekend. Other than that we were very happy with the apartment.

Esperienza terribile

Non ci era mai capitato di entrare in una casa così disgustosa. Sporco ovunque: pavimenti incrostati, capelli sparsi in ogni stanza, bagno indecente con muffa, calcare e un odore nauseabondo che ti fa passare la voglia di rimanere, effetti personali dei precedenti ospiti sparsi per le stanze. La cucina? Un incubo. Piatti unti, briciole ovunque, pattumiera piena, sacchetti dell'immondizia in cucina e insetti che giravano come se fossero loro i veri padroni di casa. Ma il vero tocco di classe è la proprietaria: arrogante, maleducata, e completamente disinteressata a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Alla nostra richiesta di pulizia ha risposto con sufficienza e maleducazione come se fossimo noi i fastidiosi. Non capiamo come un posto del genere possa essere ancora online. È una TRAPPOLA PER TURISTI, uno di quegli alloggi che ti rovinano la vacanza. Se tenete alla vostra igiene, al vostro umore e ai vostri soldi, STATENE ALLA LARGA. Meriterebbe di essere segnalata e rimossa dalla piattaforma.

duże mieszkanie, dla 14 osób spokojnie wystarczyło. bardzo przyjazna część Rzymu , spacerkiem około 20-30 minut do wielu zabytków i atrakcji w Rzymie. Winda działająca, przed wejściem do budynku kawiarenki , sklep całodobowy blisko. Ogólnie super wyjazd. Polecamy na dole bardzo blisko apartamentu pamiątki u Pana który pochodzi z Kuby i jest lekarzem weterynarii. Właścicielka wszystko wytłumaczyła z kluczem. Lokal dla grupy która chce się zintegrować , godny polecenia.
