Well-equipped apartment with personal touches (books and decorations), dishes, pots, cutlery, good infrastructure (only no dishwasher), well located (Termini, Tiburtina, La Sapienza), friendly staff, quick response, practical information, outdoor space, more than sufficient air conditioning, perfectly accommodated a couple with a child, recommended for repeat stays.

A firmer mattress, a matter of personal preference.

The host Maria was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. She even went out of her way to increase the max temperature for our apartment because we had a baby with us. Also never cleaned the apartments around ours when our son was napping. Overall location is good, like the best option outside the center. Rome has a crazy traffic so it will take you some time to reach some landmarks no matter where you are. Apartment was spacious and clean and has all the necessary amenities. The apartment complex is surrounded by an apartment building so it offers a lot of quietness from the outside traffic.

The apartments have metal outside doors, which are quite practical and easy to use, however also easily misused by other, non careful, guests. When recklesly slammed shut, the whole area bangs like a bomb. 20 euros a day for parking is too much in my opinion, and parking can be tricky on the way out for larger vehicles, as the exit is narrow and very steep in one point. The bed is also very squeaky which can become irritating if you have a child sleeping next to you. Having a small coffee table in the living room in front of the couch could be a good idea.
