Montevecchio Boutique Apartments

The building's entrance was generally open. We used a code to enter the room; it always worked. The building is right in the city center, a 10-minute walk from Ponte Sant'Angelo and 15 minutes from Piazza Navona. From the windows, we had a view of neighboring buildings and rooftop gardens. A very large apartment: two rooms, a small hallway, a large bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not very effective and was quite noisy. Note for guests traveling by car: the building is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZLT). You must park your vehicle in a safe location outside the zone.

Great historical building, large rooms, high ceilings with detail. Good location on a quiet piazza.

The apartment was generally not very clean. There was a sticky substance on the floor in the living area. We could not clean it as there were no cloths, sponges or mops provided. The staff were notified via their WhatsApp conversation but this was ignored and there was no response for the entire stay. We had to place a chair over it to prevent us accidentally stepping on it and spreading it around the room. There was no hand soap, hand towels or bath mats in the bathrooms. No sponges in the kitchen to wash kitchenware. Air conditioning in the living space was not working. All the taps needed some maintenance as they sprayed water in all directions.
