Terrible

Broken handle on the front door Swollen floor with no possibility of opening the door Basic utensils in the kitchen are missing. Even though we arrived with 5 people, there were only sets for 4. After repeated requests, only some of the utensils were completed. Dirty blankets !!!! Poor maintenance in the apartment. And the biggest problem of all...... cold water. The maintenance man came and claimed that this was the right temperature. Even when we put our hand in running water, it was cool. We took 6 nights in a row and they refused to change our towels after a few days. They asked for money for it. Not recommended. Bad service.

The property was found as a replacement by booking.com. It was fine for our 3 night stay. The guy who welcomed us was very efficient. It was clean, on 7th floor, had lift that worked well. Air conditioning worked and the shower was good. Fully equipped, quiet area within easy reach of restaurants.

There were visible signs of wear and tear; marks on paintwork, etc outside seats very shabby. Sink plug wouldn’t operate, Just small things we could cope with as it was a short stay and out most of the time. We were supplied with a small soap and body wash , good, however, it would have been helpful to have had a dishwasher tablet, something to do washing up with. We didn’t fly in with these, and just one cloth etc would have been helpful.

To begin with, we weren’t accommodated in the apartment I had reserved… In the apartment itself, the floor and the terrace were dirty. There was also no mop for cleaning in the bathroom, which is a big drawback! Overall, it was not what we expected…

Good stay spoiled by the last day AC non functioning in hot Rome

The representative came to hand it over in person.

We stayed for two days and have taken 4 apartments. On the last day AC of none of the apartments were working. The watet in shower was ice cold with heaters/geysers not working. No support staff responded despite multiple follow ups.

Lovely little apartment in a great location in Rome.

Great location - close to groceries, coffee shops, mini mart, restaurants, and close to Roma Termini (approx 10 minute walk). Also easy to walk to all of the main attractions around Rome centre from there. Lovely little balcony to sit on and watch the sunset. Very comfortable apartment with washing machine which is really handy. Overall good value for money, especially if you compare it to nearby hotels for same price which are pretty awful.

Balcony needs its own small furniture set. Clothes horse was broken and needs replacing. Air con in bedroom is a bit noisy. Although bed was big and comfortable, it's really two singles put together that come apart pretty easily so needs something to hold it together properly.

The rooms were spacious enough, they were clean. The location was good.

The shower doesn't have a door, it is impossible not to splash the water outside. There's room service but it is for a charge, not free like a hotel. TV is too slow, can't open anything except YouTube.

Perfect stay — great location, spotless home, and a wonderful host.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at this house in Rome. The place was spotless and very well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent — well connected to all parts of the city, with plenty of bus stops just a short walk away, which made exploring Rome super easy. A special mention to our host, Vita, who was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and welcoming, and even waited for us at the house despite our flight being delayed — which we truly appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Clean, well decorated, quiet when the windows were shut, nearly all the facilities were as one would expect. Washing machine very useful. Lots of plug points.

No corkscrew (and difficult to have included one on the flight), the frying pan and cafetiere need re-magnetising so as to work on the induction hob, loose kitchen tap, and my family could not work out how to get the air conditioning to work. Instructions for this, and a closer check on some of the details would help. One or two spots in the apartment would not pick up the internet - but it worked in the bedroom ok.

Great location, well-maintained, clean apartment for a stay in Rome.

Great location in a wonderful neighborhood and easy to get around. Clean, new, well-maintained space. Comfortable space for unpacking suitcases. Great to have a washing machine and needed drying rack and clothes pins. Francesco was terrific in meeting us and getting us acquainted with the place.

A bit bare bones in provided amenities and supplies in the kitchen. Adding a few basic necessities like toilet paper, coffee, salt/pepper, olive oil, would have made the stay more comfortable.

Nice place at central location. Friendly for families. The drawback is filthy streets in the area.

The location is great. Very close to many central attractions and to the train station. Very recommended for families with kids. The rooms are comfy and the whole building is clean and renovated.

The check-in is a little challenging. There's no office in\near the building and they don't leave the keys in some locker. Indeed they asked us when we're supposed to land. But, our flight was delayed and the guy with the keys left the building. Although he was very kind, It tooks us a while to figure out how to contact him and looking at a locked entrance door wasn't a nice way to start the vacation. Beside that- not related to the owners- but, the nereby streets are filthy.

Pleasant

The location of the apartment is great. Whether you opt to walk to the historical sites or take a bus. There is a small supermarket behind the building that will have all you might need. Termini station is also a few bus stops away if you choose to take a train trip somewhere out of rome. Francesco was very helpful and answered our calls and messages promptly.

The apartment didn't have the basics. For a family of 5 we had only 3 sets of towels. One bed did not have linens. There is only one real bed in the apartment in the master suite, the other to 'beds' are couches that convert to beds - not comfy by any means. And the lack of basic stuff: salt, sugar etc. Only a couple of toilet paper rolls were in the bathrooms.

We liked the place at the beginning very much, good location and nice apartment. clean , spacious and modern.

Unfortunately after our grocery shopping tour we realized that the fridge door was broken and the oven. We had to dump all the food we just bought. And since the oven didn’t work either, all the pastries and pizzas were useless. But our biggest issue was the not working AC on our second day. As you know, Rome is suuuper hot during the summer.Unfortunately we didn’t receive very much support from the staff.

Pleasant stay, good value, and easily accessible

The apartment is in a good location, with easy access to the train terminal and several of the tourist sites within walkable distance. The facilities were exactly what we needed. Even though we arrived after check in hours, the management had someone meet us to hand over the key, and she was very pleasant and showed us around the apartment, even gave us pointers on how to get around and places to go. Overall, we had a great stay here and would recommend it to our families and friends who chose to visit Rome.

The apartment is amazing. There are not that many modern apartments in this part of Rome, and this is one of the rare ones. All the appliances are amazing. The A/C system is modern and working great. The location is beautiful -- one of the best parts of Rome. (If you are hungry, I really recommend 50 Kalo, their pizza is just fantastic!)

The host (Francesco) was non-responsive and really rude. Whenever we asked for anything, it was a big struggle to even get an answer to our message, let alone get what we wanted. It was also weird not to have some basics in terms of soap or dishwashing detergent -- we had to buy many things ourselves.

Partially the Amenities and the location.

Was not so clean, the drain of the shower and washing basin got blocked and no one came for maintenance. The check out time is strict and none availability of late check out service or keeping the luggages for later pick up. The hygiene level at the apartment is disappointing.

It’s very clean and nice, with cooking utensils, coffee machine, ironing, washing machine. comfortable for six person.

I wish there’s another toilet and also a dryer. Only washing machine is available, but there’s a hanging rack so its ok. The location is quite far from the main attraction ie Trevi, colosseum etc & in summer it’s quite far to walk, maybe in other season when the weather is cooler its walkable. Termini is 13-15 mins walk, and there’s also Metro and bus available nearby.
