Appartamento XX Settembre - Casa Datti

The location was very convenient to many sites. There was a bus stop directly outside and multiple stops nearby. It is close enough to the train station to be convenient but not so close to be a concern. The street felt very safe and had great restaurants, bakeries, and gelato nearby. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes. It was really nice to have a bathroom attached to each bedroom and to have a large dining room table to gather around. We also appreciated the washer. Claudio was great at communicating and was very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

We visited during an extremely hot week and although Claudio was super responsive with the AC, it did not consistently cool each room. To be clear, it was cooler than outside and the AC worked, but I imagine the historic heat wave in July would be hard for anyone. I don't know that there was a single cool building in Rome that week so I imagine any location would have had a similar experience. We used a fan to supplement the AC and that helped a lot.

Muy amplio y espaciosos, 4 recámaras con 4 baños completos. Muy limpio, todo funcional, perfecto para lo que necesitábamos.

El colochón podría estar mejor.

The location was excellent, plenty of restaurants in the local area, 2 local supermarkets for breakfast, lunch and snack supplies, a pharmacy right outside the front door, a gelato shop which we visited everyday. Washing machine and dishwasher on site, large spacious bedrooms, all ensuite. We walked to a lot of the attractions and when we needed a taxi, easy to find. The host was available to help with taxi to and from the airport for our large group.

Nothing negative to say.

Appartement parfaitement situé, à proximité de la gare et du métro. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain et de ses WC, ce qui permet à chaque famille ou couple de garder son autonomie. La pièce de vie est agréable pour prendre les petits-déjeuners ou les repas. La climatisation est un vrai plus lorsqu’il fait chaud. Je recommande sans hésiter !
