La posizione dell'appartamento rispetto al centro di Roma e Vaticano, e la tranquillità notturna del circondario. Pronta disponibilità per il giorno successivo del locatore a cambiare un luce trovata bruciata in bagno.
Ambiente trovato poco ventilato e con alto tasso di umidità. Il climatizzatore in camera non funzionava (rif. Errore fisso "E7" della marca Haier). Letto sul divano con affossamenti nelle giunte che si sentono sulla schiena.

Agua caliente y espacio para dejar las cosas.
Es un semi-sotano, con poca luz natural. La campana de la cocina está estropeada. No había una escoba o aspirador.
