Welcome to the Vespasiano apartment located in the Prati district, a 5-minute walk from the Vatican and 100 meters from the Ottaviano metro. The apartment will welcome you with a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. It has three bedrooms: one double and two with single beds. There are two bathrooms with shower, one of which also has a bathtub. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and WI-FI. Upon request it is possible to have the room with single beds in a double version. Firstly, Beatrice was so kind and friendly. She met us so late at night because of our flight. She provided us with water and the house was stocked with basic necessities unlike other places we have stayed throughout our trip in Italy. The apt was so cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed it. The Vatican was so near that we jaut walked. I would come back again.

It was a great place to stay, easy walk to the Vatican with lots of good restaurants and stores nearby. Beatrice let us drop off our bags and change even though they weren’t finished cleaning yet. That made a big difference for us to be able to go on our scheduled tour of the Vatican. She was very helpful in directing us on how to get from the train station to her place via the metro. She also gave us good recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Good welcome from the host and very helpful everyday. Apartment was lovely and a really good space. 5 minutes from the Vatican - wow - and east walking to the main sites.bars and restaurants in the area is ideal
