Bardzo plecamy. Apartament jak na zdjęciach. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Czysta klatka schodowa. Blisko do sklepów spożywczych. Super kontakt z panią Frederiką. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo blisko Watykan, ale też do centrum Rzymu można bez problemu dojść spacerem. Wielki plus za pralkę, bo można na spokojnie przeprać sobie rzeczy w trakcie wyjazdu.

The garbage disposal nearby is sometimes noisy, early or late.

The apartment is well located near St Peter's Cathedral and other POIs and in a reasonable walking distance to the city centre. The street seemed quiet and safe. We had no issues and basically did not notice any traffic that had potential to disturb our stay. There's a small grocery store around the corner and a place where you can dispose of your trash, as well as luggage lockers. Contact with the host was straightforward and convenient. There was a coffee maker provided, which we liked. Access to the property was easy.

The photos failed to show that the apartment is quite aged and therefore is more of a substandard accommodation. We had the impression that it had been renovated, but the work must have been done a while ago. The apartment could require substantial renovation. The A/C did not work well; the main bedroom did not cool, and the bunk-bed bedroom has no A/C; only the small bedroom A/C did its job. Furthermore, the heating was turned on (32.5°C) on a summer day with a >33°C outside temperature. Therefore, it was extremely hot in the apartment, and the host was unable to help; a technician was not sent to resolve the technical issues, despite the promise that maintenance would come. The bathroom is quite small and could need substantial renovation. There was some smell of urine, and the lock did not work as well. The floor was not cleaned well, and we noticed some ants. The property has no lift, so you have to carry your luggage into the third floor; it can become a challenge, especially if you have heavy luggage with you or other issues with carrying heavy things. Also, for people with disabilities, the apartment should not be your choice. You cannot store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you must book a nearby luggage locker. There is no wardrobe in the large main bedroom, which makes it difficult to properly store your clothes. There is no safe where you can securely store your valuable belongings.
