An elegant but family flat, 300 meters from San Pietro. 2 en-suite bedrooms, a 3rd bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, electric stove, induction cooker), and a sofa bed. A large and quiet private and equipped garden. Independent heating and air conditioning, wireless internet service and Smart TV in every room. Francesca, was very punctual, friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the multiple blow dryers. The place was spacious and had a very nice patio that we hung out on at night. It is located very close to the Vatican, restaurants and coffee/breakfast places. Two negatives, the steep hill you have to climb up to get to the place and one of the nights we were here the neighbors above us were quite loud until 1:30am.

We had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. Francesca was a great host and met us at the apartment and explained everything. The apartment was perfect. It was walking distance to everywhere in Vatican City, there’s a bus stop nearby to take you into Rome quickly, and there are restaurants very close to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and we would 100% stay there again.
