Completely and tastefully renovated apartment located in an ancient building located in the immediate vicinity (100 meters) of the colonnade of San Pietro. Fourth and top floor with lift, quiet, external view on three sides is composed of: large entrance hall, 2 large bedrooms, one with a double bed and private bathroom and one with two single beds, (in both bedrooms it is possible to add on request a third bed), second bathroom, equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) with dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and other kitchen utensils, living room with sofa bed double bed, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the lounge, TV-SAT, WI-FI.
Accessories for the little ones, cot, high chair, changing table, bottle warmer and toys. Complete linen for bathroom, bed, kitchen and cot, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your breakfast (milk, tea, rusks, butter, yoghurt, biscuits, orange juice, jam, coffee / waffles)
Next to the entrance door of the building there is a pharmacy, bank, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, food shops of all kinds including supermarkets
Being in the central area, the apartment is connected by various means (bus, train, metro) to all the tourist sites in Rome.

Excellent location. Very clean and very thoughtful of the owner to provide butter, milk, jam and toast, and with coffee capsules too!The property had everything for a comfortable stay and we felt very much at home.Carla and her som Giorgio were perfect hosts, and they provided airport transfers and other rides as described. We cannot thank Carla enough for her kindness and hospitality, even turning the car around on the way to the airport when we realised we left behind some luggage. Very understanding and gracious people! We highly recommend this property. Only positives, no negatives at all!
