Posizione perfetta, ampiezza giusta, terrazzino stupendo, completa di tutto e proprietaria disponibilissima e presente.
Piccolissime accortezze sul sapone per piatti che non c’era e sapone in bagno praticamente finito

Collocazione del bagno (passando per una camera), pulizia da migliorare (polvere) e letto di una delle due camere con materasso con problemi.

Manca un po' di manutenzione nel bagno (calcare nei rubinetti, cattivo odore in bagno) e le tende alle finestre
