About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the center of Rome in via Germanico, the position it occupies is very favorable for a relaxing and touristic stay, as the Ottaviano metro a few steps away allows for quick movements. Within a few km, and therefore reachable with a pleasant walk, there are several points of interest that can attract tourists, such as the Vatican museums, San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Risorgimento, and the neighboring via Cola di Rienzo famous for its shops and restaurants.
A large and welcoming entrance accompanies us inside the apartment.

the living room with sofa bed and kitchenette includes all cooking utensils, cutlery and fridge.

The apartment was clean , spacious for four adults, and comfortable. The location was great and we loved the convenience of the supermarket on the corner, the many restaurants, and the proximity to Vatican City. The home can comfortably sleep 7-8 people unless more beds are brought in for larger parties. If you are sensitive to noise, you might notice the door buzzer is used frequently by residents to enter the building, and you can hear the children in the residence above. (I'm not noise sensitive, though others in our party noticed this). Overall, I would recommend this lovely home for a pleasant stay in Rome.

What a great place to stay. Close to Metro. Grocery store 2 minutes away. Plenty of places to eat. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Don’t pass this place up if you’re looking for a place to stay.

The apartment was clean, great location, and exactly what we needed for our stay in Rome. Very comfortable for a family of six. Walter was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The location is very close to the Vatican, great restaurants, and we walked safely each night. It is also close to super markets. All in all - highly recommended.

This spacious and clean apartment is in a very pleasant neighborhood near the Vatican. Walking to St Peter’s Square took us about ten minutes. There are many restaurants, cafes, and other conveniences close by. Beds were comfortable, and towels and linens were very good. The host is helpful and responsive.
