Winkler Suites

The best thing about this accommodation was the staff who were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Abzurdah who kept in touch on Whatsapp throughout our stay sending suggestions on where to eat etc, always making sure we are enjoying our stay. One particular suggestion that we found was extremely helpful was to catch the Sit Bus Shuttle to Fiumicino Airport instead of using the metro and the Leonardo Express. Abzurdah saved us time, money and hassle 😊 We also really loved the location - the Prati area is quiet and beautiful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The check-in process was good and straight forward.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen where guests can make tea, coffee, or meals, and complimentary sparkling water, alcohol, and snacks were provided. However, since the fridge is shared by everyone, we didn’t feel comfortable storing our own drinks or food there out of concern that others might take them.

The host was super friendly and made my stay in Rome really comfortable. The room was very clean, and I loved the free coffee, ice cream, and wine in the common area. The location was great too—about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, only 1 minute to a grocery store, and there were lots of great restaurants nearby. Rome was very hot during my trip, so it was nice to come back to the room at lunchtime, relax, and enjoy the air conditioning before going out again.

Perfect place to explore Rome. The suite is spotless, with good facilities, aircon and en-suite bathroom. The communal kitchen is a plus with water, snacks and wine provided! The room was cleaned and tidied every day if wanted and privacy is respected. Hints and tips and places to visit where sent every morning by WhatsApp which is a lovely touch. Local eateries much more affordable! Metro a short walk away!

The location near metro was so convenient. And the room was extremely clean and perfect for our needs-spacious, comfortable bed, private bathroom! They were great w communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We will stay again FOR SURE when back in Rome!
