This apartment is at a very nice location and very close to all you need .Few minutes away from Rialto bridge and all prime attractions! They have strict check-in policy and we had to wait for about 3 hours since they were not able to honor our request of early check-in. Despite waiting, the apartment was not cleaned by the check-in time and had to wait further - Hence the reduced rating.

Location is convenient to walk to many of the main tourist sites. We expected everything else about this property to be much better than it actually was, as we did our homework and read many reviews. In fact, we had a bad experience; upon arrival, we noted three area's of pooled water, two in the living room, and one coming from the bidet. We immediatley reported the problem. We were told they would inform someone. Someone messaged me and said it was not a big deal and the water was just due to heavy rain. They told us to use our towels to clean up the mess and they would provide others and have a plumber come out. We sopped up as much water as we could in the bathroom using the limited amount of towels provided. The next morning we shared the one clean towel we had for our shower. A plumber eventually showed up and turned off the water line to the bidet stating that he ordered a part but it would not be repaired during our stay. We had four saturated towels from the bidet that had a septic oder, we placed them in a mop bucket; I messaged the contact person two more times during our stay and asked if they could be removed from the apartment as they stunk, no one replied and they were still smelling up the place when we left. When we arrived back home I requested a refund for our first night stay due to the issues we encountered, it was declined.

Great big apartment with comfortable space for family of four with grown kids. AC works great. There is a stair with about 10 steps up to the first apartment for those may have issue climbing with your luggages. Lots of restaurants near by with inexpensive options. Checkin is with Stow Your Bag company just in case you arrived before your checkin time. Easy 1 minute walk from there to apartment. Taxi stand is a few minutes a way if you elect not to walk like us (it was 95deg when we were there). We would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location with so much potential to be absolutely amazing. Postives are that everything is walkable and close to bars, restaurants, buses and trams. Apartment is clean and modern with AC, Kitchen, TV and sofa with a huge and modern bathroom. Negatives: A couple that stop this being a 5 star review would be that the Queen sized bed has a hard matress with terrible pillows. Was really tough to sleep for the 5 nights that we stayed. Also, they left just two toilet rolls and no kitchen towels or cleaning products for guests to clean up every day. Such a small touch would make a huge difference. Finally, we were woken two mornings by jack hammering being carried out in the building. It would have been nice if we had been told in advance about this as you could not stay in the apartment after 8.15am due to the noise of the building work. Summary would be that its OK for a short stay due to the fabulous location but with a few added touches could be amazing

The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside. Also internet was out a whole day. They said due to street work but no communication and no response for a day when I emailed. There were small issues with the apartment (light bulb out in bathroom), TV doesn’t work well) and as I mentioned, no great way to communicate if anything needed unlike the apartment we stayed in Naples.

Loved the apartment. The only thing I didn't like is that there was only one dish towel and no paper towels; we had one roll of toilet paper for the bathroom for a week, one trash bag, and no dish soap or laundry soap. When I asked for these basic items (which are usually purchased in bulk so buying them for a short stay doesn't make sense, therefore, they are usually included in reasonable amounts) - I was told the apartment was self-catering. We bought these items and left them for the next person. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely and well-appointed for cooking and perfectly located. Everything else was perfect, and I hope to stay again.

The apartment was simple and straighforward but perfect for our stay with family of 4. Two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and walking distance from everything you need. We did notice an odour from one of the bathroom pipes when we first arrived- not uncommon for an old European building- we just aired it out and all was good. Responsive and easy check in and out was also very positive.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. On the weekends it can get kind of loud outside at night and you can hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a great location to stay at. It is close to everything and area feels very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious and clean. We were greeted by the key holder. The area was down a small side road and was mostly quiet except for some drunks at night. Within easy walking distance of some sights and not far to to bus stop to reach others. Amenities as advertised, although the iron had lost it's temperature control dial so was stuck on one setting. The small terrace has an internal view and is permanently in shade, which is probably great in Summer heat, but not much use in Spring. We asked the owner to arrange a taxi back to the airport and the reply took a couple of days, but after chasing again he did reply and a private taxi did turn up on time. Overall though a good stay.

Excellent location in Rome, many shops and restaurants nearby and walkable to many popular destinations. Plenty of space for a family of 4 to relax. AC worked well during a June heatwave. The washing machine was useful. The kitchen and small balcony attached were great pluses to cook some and relax for our stay of several nights.

The apartment was much larger than I expected and extremely convenient. It was smack in the center ot everything. If you're into walking and exploring, locations don't get much better. Within a few miles you can reach tons of places. You can trip and fall into an amazing restaurant and it felt like a very safe area. Extremely pleased with the apartment, the location and the price. All very fair for what you get.

MUST READ cuz I DONT DO WHITE LIES so you know! Location is gret at Grotta Pinta 4 .WHAT A SHAME THAT ALL THEY WANT is PEOPLES MONEY! We stayed in that apartment/bed and breakfast for 7days and paid $177/nt plus other fees BUT it should have at least enough towels and coffee. They provvided 2 towels,2 face cloths,2 toilet paper, 2 instant coffee for two persons for 6days! Common sense you people!! They don’t clean til the day you check out so leave at least something and NOT expect the visitors to bring their kitchen with them! What is the use of the kitchen we wanted and paid if there’s not even a complimentary salt,pepper, paper towel, coffee?! The dish soap container is empty! They provided 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner and 2 hand soaps.. take note: for 2 persons for 7days! Check the bottom around the shower as well as the toilet, no one cleaned for quite a while. We sent an email before we flew but NO CONSIDERATION that we can check in early cuz they emailed us back that we need to pay for storage and come back for check in time. ALL they want is MONEY. By the way, i left the shampoo and conditioner just in case you guys want to recycle them and give it to the next customer! It’s not an insult but it will save u a buck!

The view they show on line was not the view we got. We had the view of another building. However the rooms were large and the kitchen had plenty of most things. It only had 4 cups and 3 drinking glasses. The location was a 5 to 10 minute walk. The neighborhood was moderately quiet at night.

So it’s completely self-catering. They supply towels but you need to wash/dry them yourself (or pay for replacements). They supply soap but you need to buy your own when it runs out. The security at the apartment is very good but the front door was left open most of the time (not ideal). There is no reception and if you have a problem you call by phone. The keys are collected at a nearby ‘left luggage’ (mostly busy attending to their own customers). When you leave, you put the keys in the apartment and close the door (don’t leave anything behind because you can’t get back in) You need to pay €30 in advance to have the apartment cleaned when you leave (cash only) It can be noisy in the building- so expect to get woken up when someone collects the waste (the bins are in the lobby) I’m not going to recommend this apartment because I don’t like the service model, the security and the noise.

The apartment was larger than expected, very modern and complete with all necessary appliances, including iron and ironing board. It's location was fabulous, in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of most major attractions and sights. A really nice feature was the bathroom which was huge and very well appointed. Check in was a bit of an issue as our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but was ultimately very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.
