Loved the location just north of The Vatican. Shopping was nearby. The subway was 2 blocks away for easy travel to access the city. There could have been better instructions on how to use the washing machine, or how to dry only. Better yet, a separate washer and dryer would have been more useful for multiple loads or sharing with other tenants. Communication from the staff was excellent, both by phone and in person.

The place is spacious and very close to the Vatican city. Room looks just like the photos with a cute lift for moving luggages upstairs. Overall good value for money, would come back again.

I enjoyed to stay this clean and classic apartment, location is perfect both business user and tourist. However, I chose this apartment for my long-term business trip specifically because the listing indicated that it came with an in-unit washer and dryer. Unfortunately, I found that this was not the case. Instead, there is only one shared unit located in the lobby area. This means I have to wait when it is being used by others, and every time I do laundry, I need to go back and forth between my unit and the lobby, which is quite inconvenient.

We were in room 1.1, the view was of a service courtyard. Perfect size apartment for two. Room was absolutely silent. Laundry in common area was convenient and easy to use.
