Everything was great. We walked to a wonderful restaurant every night 3 minutes from our room. We were sad to leave as the food was terrific! Francesco and his wife were wonderful. Quick responses, they truly made our stay comfortable and we felt like family. Breakfast was literally a 30 second walk across the street at Mozart Caffe. AllThe staff was so friendly and good and coffee great!WouldDefinitely stay here again and again!Beds comfortable, very clean.

A wonderful property - very comfortable beds, quiet, clean, great location close to the Vatican, delightful host who lives in the same beautiful building and is very quick to reply to any questions. He also provides vouchers for a light breakfast in the cafe opposite. Perfect Rome accommodation for a family.

Great place to stay. It was close to Vatican, subway was half a block away. Good restaurants nearby. Clean and very modern kitchen appliances. The host was great and spoke good English. There was only one glitch. When we arrived at the building the door to the lobby was locked and we did not have instructions on how to enter. Someone was kind enough to let us into the lobby. From there I sent a message through VRBO to the host Who showed up within 5 min to escort us to the unit on the fourth floor. This was the only inconvenience.

The check-in process was very easy and the host was friendly and quick to respond he also offered us free breakfast (just a croissant and drink) at a café across the road which was very welcome for our family of 4. The two windows at the back of the property (one in the ensuite and one in the bedroom with two single beds) had black mould all around it which was quite off-putting and was smelly. We also paid our city tax in cash however was never given change and asked to provide our banking details for the return which we weren't comfortable with.Location was excellent very easy to get to the buses/metro and just a 5min walk to Vatican.If the mould was rectified and some touch ups done to the apartment walls it would have been an excellent stay rather than just ok.
