We had an excellent stay here, especially because we were traveling with my 87-year-old mother, who has limited mobility. The ground-floor accommodations were ideal for her. She had no problems getting around and had no need to use the stairs to the second floor. Having a washer available was a huge convenience and allowed us to pack lighter for our trip. The hosts were very helpful and took the time to show us how to use the features we needed. The air conditioning also kept the main living area very comfortable, which was especially appreciated during the very hot weather in Rome. Overall, there were minor issues and definitely not deal breakers. For us, the accessibility, ground-floor living arrangement, washer, helpful hosts, and effective air conditioning made this an excellent choice. We would definitely recommend this property, particularly to travelers with mobility limitations.

There were a few ants noticed on the kitchen table and floor near the table, so that is something that could be addressed. The upstairs bathroom was also quite warm and had limited ability to cool due to the layout. That said, the warmth actually worked well for drying clothes on the drying rack. It was hot, but not unbearable in the evening, and the extreme heat in Rome was certainly a factor.
