    Always a favourite place to stay when we are in Goa. Good views from balcony for watching wildlife, clean rooms, great staff that are happy and helpful.

    Always stay here when in the area. Decent rooms that are clean and good balconies to watch the wildlife from. The pool is clean and maintained. Armond and Sam are very competent staff that will always help with anything. Overall very lovely and friendly hotel. Will be back again soon

    If you're looking for value for money budget stay nr mandrem / arambol this place is the best. Clean rooms/ toilets with good balcony view. Friendly staff and proactive They also have swimming pool which is well maintained Enough space for parking too
