Posizionata vicino la metro, parcheggio a pagamento a 200mt e vari servizi. Struttura ben tenuta
La mancanza del climatizzatore (ma è una cosa mia). Per il resto, tutto perfetto.

La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro ed utilizzare la metro. L'appartamento era pulito.
L'appartamento è un po' angusto, in quanto collocato in un seminterrato. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità - prezzo non è ottimale, sebbene sia in linea con i prezzi di Roma.

Die Lage war extrem gut man kommt überall gut zu Fuß hin - vom Bahnhof Termini war es auch nicht weit um zur Unterkunft zu kommen max. 20 Minuten. Das Zimmer war groß genug für eine Person (zu zweit wäre es auch gut gegangen)
Die Sauberkeit im Bad lässt zu wünschen übrig - in der Ecke der Badewanne ist ziemlich viel verschimmelt und der Duschkopf war ziemlich verkalkt bzw. das Wasser ist nicht wirklich gut rausgekommen. Das Bad war bei mir leider auch extern - eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber da andere Bewohner in der Wohnung waren (was man nicht aus der Angabe entnehmen hat können) ein ziemlicher Umstand. Das Feeling ist mehr wie in einer WG als im Urlaub
