Newly renovated 80m2 apartment located in the central area, a stone's throw from the metro, train and university. Also very well connected to Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. Excellent quality/price choice. This property can accommodate up to 7 people (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Ideal for anyone who wants to see and experience the climate of the Eternal City.
The apartment is located on the -1 floor of an elegant building without a lift (there are approximately 16 steps to climb). Despite the plan, the house has regular windows and is very bright. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a table where you can all eat together, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms (a single bed can be added to one of the bedrooms and it can become a triple room).
