Vatican Museums Art Apartment

Alojamento com boa localização. Muito perto da Praça de São Pedro, Basílica Museu do Vaticano. Muito próximo do metro Ottaviano, o que nos permitiu viajar com muita facilidade para os outros pontos da cidade de Roma. Alojamento muito próximo de serviços como minimercados, restaurantes e lojas. Zona muito tranquila e sossegada e com muita vigilância. O alojamento correspondeu as nossas necessidades. Boas camas, tem ar condicionado o que torna agradável a estadia, já que fomos em pleno verão. Na cozinha tem tudo o que é necessário caso precise de cozinhar. Boa sala e casa de banho. A anfitriã Carla esteve sempre disponível quando precisamos.

Logo no primeiro dia demos conta que a mangueira do duche estava danificada e a TV não funcionava. Apesar da anfitriã ter resolvido o problema no dia seguinte, considero que deviam ter o cuidado de verificar se o alojamento está pronto e funcional antes da chegada dos hóspedes.

The apartment is in a very good area with plenty of shops for tourists and a lot of restaurants, there are many small grocery shops but also a supermarket just a few meters away. There is an elevator in the building. The manager was replying to me quickly on whatsapp, the instructions about getting in were clear. I requested a cot for the baby and they even put a small toy which was very nice. The metro station is 5 min walking, very easy to get to colosseum and other attractions but also to catch a train to the port of Civitavecchia without going to Termini. Better not to use buses as it takes forever to wait for them also not clear where to catch the necessary bus because of the road reconstruction. Prati is a very pleasant area to walk anyway. We also liked the availability of AC in the living room, it was enough to cool down the bedrooms and also pretty quiet working.

The bathroom was a bit smelly but not a big problem. The iron and TV were not working. We needed them only once but were disappointed that we couldn't use them. I notified the manager about the tv and he promised to check it. The area is a bit pricey but worth it. The sockets were mostly Italian standard, I found one regular European one so was using it for my phone. Surprisingly a microwave, a kettle and a washing machine had European plugs there was one adapter for them which is good but you can't use both the kettle and a washing machine at the same time for example so my advice is to have one adapter with you. These are minor disadvantages, overalls, we were satisfied with the apartment.

The location and the apartment were great

For 3 days including the weekends, some guy from the next appartment was making loud noises - for several hours - starting from 6:30 AM.

la stanza con i due letti singoli molto stretta forse l’armadio potrebbe essere messo in testa e non a lato Ruberebbe meno spazio. Il phon dei cinesi che non funziona sembra un giocattolo
