I had some questions about 2 months before traveling and I got responses right away from the property manager, even before paying for my reservation. I was met by the most personable agent to hand over the keys and go over the facilities. He also talked to us about restaurants, buses, taxis, attractions and more, and set up the wifi for us. He was not in a rush!!! During the stay, I was in touch with the owner for some questions, and she answered right away each time. The apartment is located within 2 blocks of the Vatican and the area is full of restaurants and cafes. Please have Breakfast at Boono, in the corner, and enjoy a wonderful, savory sandwich, along with a latte Everything was delicious and so much cheaper than in the U.S. Thank you Chiara and Alberto for making our stay so wonderful! I feel that I cannot go back to Rome unless I stay at your place again, Chiara! Thank you for being such a lovely, wonderful, trustworthy host. Although Argentina did not get the 4th star, watching the World Cup games in your living room with my family was another great memory. It was 35 degrees in Rome those days so, coming back to your ample, beautiful, cool apartment was pure luxury and we slept like babies! THANK YOU for EVERYTHING! J & family! (with love, from Boulder, Colorado)

Great location, close to the Vatican. The apartment was very spacious and just like the pictures. All of the beds were comfortable and it was generally great for my family with 10 and 12 year old children. The kitchen had basics - although we did not cook. The living room was comfortable and we loved to sit at the table and eat snacks and play games while we recovered from long, hot days. The air conditioning was top notch, which is hard to come by in Rome (we live in Texas, so we know good air conditioning). The elevator was fine but future renters should know there is an unavoidable set of stairs to climb between the apartment and the elevator. The apartment was nearly spotless, very clean and generally modern/up-to-date.
The shower in the blue bathroom was very slippery - dangerous. The shower also smelled like mildew upon arrival. The washing machine also made our clothes smell like mildew, so we had to take them to a nearby laundry mat (on the corner). I ran the machine again and left it open to dry out in hopes that it would help the next people staying in the apartment.

Minutes away from Vatican and metro station (for other objects), all the necessary amenities and seasonings for cooking, no noise from outside. Proper air conditioning. Got very lucky with late check out availability. As a family of 5 fit spaciously in the apartment.
Nothing to complain about.

The location was good, especially if you wanted to visit the Vatican. There were a few jigsaws to play. Spacious and clean.
We were asked to pay the city tax and an additional 40 euro late check-in as soon as we arrived which put us under pressure to unpack our bags and find the Euros we had packed somewhere feeling tired and stressed. The WiFi was not very good and mostly didn’t work. There were no juices, toasts etc for breakfast which are common in previous apartments. I asked for a late check out but was told this was not possible so we had to check out at 10. Several pieces of furniture had old fashioned covers on which gave the apartment a very old feel.
