The communication with the property owner was efficient. The location was near the grocery store which was convenient. The kitchen facilities were great and they had enough kitchenware. The towels, linens and pillows were sufficient. The 3 bathrooms were clean and The bidet was nice. The bedrooms were spacious for our group of 6.

We didn’t like The Stairs going up before getting inside the tiniest elevator then to the property- we really had a hard time getting into the property especially with lots of luggage. One of the rooms didn’t have air conditioning unit because according to the staff it was an old building and can’t accommodate an air conditioning unit per city ordinance. This should have been disclosed in the room description. The air conditioning unit in the living room was leaking with water due to condensation from the air conditioning system and a bucket was placed to catch the dripping of water but we didn’t notice it until we left that we noticed there was water on the floor (photo attached). Also, we thought there was a washer but the host was nice enough to provide us a public location to do laundry. I should have made sure… it was a mistake on my part.
