new, clean and modern design
the neighborhood was a bit dirty with lots of graffiti, but we found exceptional restaurants in the area at walking distance, once you get acclimated, you feel comfortable.

Er was geen ontbijt, geen receptie, maar dat drukt de pret niet. Want via WhatsApp kun je je vraag stellen en krijg je meteen een antwoord. Locatie was niet echt mooi wegens de overtollige graffiti, maar best prima en redelijk rustig. Ook niet ver van vele bezienswaardige plekken. Supermarkt op 100 meter afstand waar je alles van kunt kopen: vers en kant-en-klaar eten, frisdrank, alcohol, bier enzovoort. Het personeel van de supermarkt was behulpzamer en vriendelijker dan de meeste Italianen. Ook pizzeria's en restaurants waren in de buurt te vinden. Een aanrader.
Dat er in een weektijd niet schoongemaakt werd (moest 52,- voor betalen) en ook geen stof en blik waren. Ook de beddenlinnen werden niet vervangen na een paar dagen. Ik vind dat de lakken op zijn minst na 3 dagen.

Apartment very clean and comfortable and if you like being beside a party bar until three in the morning it is suitable for you.
Unfortunately the apartment is right opposite a bar where students meet and are VERY NOISY until three in the morning and you can’t sleep even with the ear plugs provided.
